Toniq Dispensary has integrated with Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora for Covid forms requirements. You can look up patients’ most recent Care Plan, RAT Results, and Antiviral Eligibility with just two simple keystrokes. Additionally, you can launch the Health NZ questionnaires/forms to enter responses without needing to log in or re-enter patient details.
How to launch the new functionality
Users can access and complete Health NZ Covid forms when a patient is selected in the prescription entry screen. In the F10 Other menu, type v to access the new option V Covid Care Plan option:
Results Displayed
Once selected, the V Covid Care Plan option will display the patient's most recent status for Active Care Plans, RAT results, and pharmacy Antiviral Eligibility Questionnaires:

Active Care Plan shows the Care plan status (e.g. active), the Start Date and End Date, and the Last Updated Date.

Assisted RAT shows whether Covid was detected or not, and the Date of the test.

Self-Administered RAT shows whether Covid was detected or not, and the Date of the test.

Pharmacy Antiviral Eligibility shows Assessment Result as true if it was entered that the patient met the Paxlovid Eligibility criteria at the time of assessment, the Date of the assessment, and any notes made in the Comments box by the user who completed the last assessment.
Actions
The user can complete the necessary forms through an Integration with Health NZ’s questionnaires from this window.
The options, listed below, will open the Health NZ form in the default web browser with the patient's details pre-populated. The user can then complete and submit further information on the form.
Users will not need to log into the Health NZ portal to submit questionnaire responses for RAT results and Antiviral Eligibility.
Options
- Assisted RAT is for pharmacy staff to enter in RAT results.
- Self-Administered RAT is not required by pharmacy users.
- Complete Antiviral Eligibility Questionnaire is where users enter Antiviral Eligibility results.
- Log into My Health Record Provider View is not needed by pharmacy users.
