Checking Who Re-ordered a Medication

From time to time, care facilities ask who re-ordered a particular medication on a particular date or within a specific time frame. At present, this can only be done using the pharmacy's Toniq dispensary system. 

From the main menu in dispensary:

1. Select 3. Reports

2. Select 9. Other reports

3. Select 3. 1CHART notifications report

4. Fill in the information required and then F12 Accept details to generate the report.

*Ensure 'Include closed' is ticked.

**Action required should be '3 Medicine Reorder'. 

***The date range should include the date(s) requested by the facility.
