Check when the export of a dose pack fails:
- All packs have a start date within 120 days (pending institution setting)
- Dose pack headers are correct.
- Packs to export are marked active.
- All items have script numbers.
- No duplicate script numbers for items in different dose packs (however it can be within the same pack) - May get a "sequence contains more than one matching element" error when exporting if this is the case.
- All PRNs have doses and start dates.
- Duplicate header names (e.g., 2 Breakfasts for one patient) [This will give an error of Object reference not set to an instance of an object]
- If the Patient's photo size is too large.
- That the pharmacy to rest home facility link under Pharmacy list in 1Chart is disabled - if getting an error message "You do not have permission to export to HPI: nnnnnn" where nnnnnn is the facility ID.
- That rest home facility that you are exporting to has an unallocated location on the location tab of the administration page (if getting errors related to the location not available)
- Error Code: 20; Message: The patient cannot be accessed - The patient is linked to another pharmacy.
