Forgotten Password

For security reasons, Toniq 1CHART support does not have access to passwords, and therefore cannot tell you what your password is if you have forgotten it.

If your care facility is a single sign-on site, please contact your IT support to check your account email address and password, which is used for 1chart login.

For non- single sign-on sites, please follow the steps below to reset your password.

1. Enter your username or email then click next.

 2. Click Forgot Password? on the login page.

3. Enter the email address linked to your 1CHART account.

4. Click Submit, then check your email Inbox and follow the instructions in the email sent to you.
