Forgotten Password

For security reasons, Toniq 1CHART support does not have access to passwords, and therefore cannot tell you what your password is if you have forgotten it.

Resetting your password

1. Enter your username or email then click next.

 2. Click Forgot Password? on the login page.

1. Enter the email address linked to your 1CHART account.
   
2. Click Submit, then check your email Inbox and follow the instructions in the email sent to you.
