For security purposes, the 1CHART team do not have any access to your security questions or answers and as a result cannot provide them to you if forgotten. Please choose your questions and answers wisely.
To check or update your security questions and answers, log into 1CHART and select your username in the upper right-hand corner, then select 'Authentication Change' from the menu on the left.
Update your questions and answers accordingly, then submit the changes at the bottom of the page.
If the user cannot pass the security question step and does need to reset the answer, please call us on 03 974 9411 for further help.
