Would you like Retail to prompt about any outstanding parked transactions/Rxs for your client? If so, then we have a solution for you!
From the Main Menu:
- 7 Administration
8 General options
- Tick “Check for parked client transactions at tender”
- F12 [Accept Details]
- Escape twice to get back to the Main Menu
- 1 POS
1 POS Selling
Seller log on
- Select the client [F5]
- Scan items/Rx
- F12 [Tender]
- When a client is attached to the sale Retail will now check and advise about any remaining parked transactions/Rxs
- You can either continue with tendering, go to parked transactions or return to POS sale (to amend any transaction details)
- Complete the sale as per normal.
