Clearing Parked Rxs and Transactions

Parked Rxs and transactions can be set to clear automatically within the Retail system.

Clearing Parked Rxs and Transactions

From the Main Menu in Retail:

• 1 [POS]
  6 [Clear Parked Transactions]
• Specify the number of days for parked Retail Sales and Rx items.
• To have these cleared automatically on Start-up, place a tick in the bottom box.
• F12 [Accept Details] Y [Yes] to confirm deletion of current and confirmation of the settings.

 So, in the example above whenever you start Retail any parked Rxs and parked sale over 90 days will be removed from your parked list.
 
Warning: Once a parked Rx or parked sale has been ‘cleared’ it is gone, for this reason, we suggest your parked Rx expiry days be at least 30 days and recommend approx. 90 days.
