Interventions - Creating a Patient-Linked Task

Process

• Select a patient, press F10 Other, and select Open patient diary.
  
  
• Highlight an Intervention.
• Press F8 Add task then Use Intervention details for task note:
  
  
  
• This will automatically pre-populate the Patient, Prescriber and Note details from the Intervention in the Task Note field:
  
  
  
• Set a reminder time and specify what needs to be done in the Description or Note fields.
