Viewing an Intervention
Choose one of the following methods to view an intervention:
- Select a patient and press F10 Other select Open patient diary and select the required Diary item from the Active items log:
- After a prescriber has been selected on the prescription entry screen, press F10 Other select Open prescriber diary to see interventions for multiple patients (potentially) linked to a single prescriber:
- Find the script with an intervention, press F2 View / Edit and F2 Edit Rx, then F10 Other and select Open patient diary.
- From a patient's history grid, select the Diary entry and press F2 View / Edit:
Note: to view inactive (Closed or Hidden) interventions, press F10 Other in the Diary and select the required option:
Editing an Intervention
From the Diary, press F2 View / Edit to view or change the details of the intervention. Use the function keys or highlight the required field to change elements of the intervention:
F6 Reason Code, F7 Action Code, and F8 Outcome Code
- Used to add, delete, or change the codes shown on the intervention.
- To remove a code, select it and press F4 Excl.
F9 Print
- Prints a report of the Intervention:
- Prompts whether the Audit Log is to be included in the report.
F11 Attach/Audit
- Press the appropriate function key to add or print attachments such as documents or screenshots:
- F11 Audit Log displays all the changes made to the Intervention and by whom (if appropriate security options are set in General Options).
