Interventions - Reporting

To report on Interventions, from the main menu go to:

• 3. Reports, 7. Diary reports, then 1. Intervention/Incident details:
  
  
  • Enter a date range for the report and tick Interventions only.
  • Optional:
    • Refine the search results by entering extra selection criteria such as Prescriber, Patient, Medicine, or Rx number.
    • Enter a word or phrase in Code Text to match the contents (even partially) of an Intervention's Reason, Action or Outcome Code or text in its Note field. 

    • Tick Include non-active items to include those with a status of Closed or Hidden.

  • Once criteria have been selected, press F12 Accept Details to print, view or save the report to a CSV file.

Alternatively

From the main menu go to:

• 3. Reports, 7. Diary reports, then 4. Diary Items:
  
• Select a date range and tick Interventions.
• Optional: Refine the search further by including extra criteria such as:
  • Include inactive - tick this option to report on Closed and Hidden Interventions.
  • Status - press the spacebar to get options to choose from.
• Use the Sort options to order the report.
