Frequency Not Available

In 1chart, we offer a range of commonly used frequencies to choose from in the charting page.

However, there are chances that the required frequency for medicine cannot be found in the dropdown list, for example, 2 tabs at breakfast Every 3 weeks.

Prescribers can have several options to achieve it:

Option 1: Select Frequency as "other" and tick the required dose time on the following prompt.  

The Matrix length is adjustable as per the prescriber's need. E.g., we can increase it to 12 weeks for this Every 3 weeks charting. Then we can click on "Edit" to revise the dose for each date within that week, and repeat the same process for all the weeks.

For frequency of Every 3 weeks, the matrix should be displayed as below:

4 doses are scheduled across 12 weeks (every 3 weeks). The same matrix pattern will be repeated indefinitely until the med is amened or stopped.

Option 2: Chart medication as a one-off short course for each dose.

Option 3: Chart as PRN with special instructions.
