To set up fees (e.g. for dosepacks, deliveries, faxed prescriptions, etc.) you can edit Toniq-created fees already created in Toniq. To do so, from the main menu, go to:
- 2. Stock control,
- 4. Maintain medicine, and
- Press F7 Show Hidden.
- Enter Toniq Fee in the search criteria field:
- Select one to tailor to your requirements.
On the fee selected:
- Edit the description, e.g. change the Brand name to something appropriate.
- Set a Retail price.
- Tick Fee.
- Set a Shortcut to be able to select the fee efficiently (optional):
Set stock details on the stock card:
- Press F4 Stock.
- Make the fee have some stock, e.g. set SOH to 1.
- Tick Non Diminishing so that it does not go into negative stock.
- Make sure that Don't order is ticked:
- Press F12 Accept Details to save these stock options.
Remove the setup instructions from the stock card:
- Press F11 Next page to:
- Remove the Dispensing note, and
- Untick the Prompt tickbox:
- Then press F11 Next page twice and F12 Accept Details to save the newly set up fee.
Receipt Message about Fees
Customers can be advised about fees using the message option on Dispensary receipts:
From the main menu, go to
- 7. Administration,
- 1. Setup,
- 3. Printer setup, then
- 4. Insurance receipt options.
- Create or edit the Message to include fee pricing details as required.
