Stat Dispensing

Stat dispensing rules have been updated from Feb 1st 2026 to be as follows:

• Non -stat = max 30 days supply
• Stat
  • Max 90 days supply
  • Max 180 days supply Oral Contraceptives

In Toniq Dispensary if you try to dispense a quantity greater than 30 days for a stat medicines you will be prompted to stat as per below. Dispensary will calculate the number of repeats to stat automatically.

Dispensing frequency can be selected at this point if appropriate.

Medicines changing stat status

When a medicine changes from Non-stat to Stat, this prompt will allow you to stat repeats as required.

When a medicine changes from Stat to Non-stat this is more difficult as it is likely you will not have enough repeats setup on the original to fulfil the dispensing. The original will need to be edited to add additional repeats.
