• $0 priced items do not count towards exemption/safety net
• The family must reach 20 paid items per family group before exemption is reached
• The new 2 code is only Unapproved Prescribers/Dentists/Specialists for patients with a CSC card
• The 1 code is now only for GP/Approved providers for CSC card patients.
• Please note if you have co-pay discounting on all prescriptions then you will need to remove $5 from all the items with a charge.
• Please note that if your Approved providers are not marked as PHO, it will prompt you for a 2 or 3 code dependent on the persons CSC status

• Please note that this table does not include prescription subsidy cards.
  • Prescription subsidy cards once issued, make’s all scripts, irrespective of provider $0 priced unless as stated below **
