A current digital certificate must be loaded in Toniq to enable claiming, as well as Special Authority (SA) and Prescription Subsidy Card (PSC) lookups. After the certificate has been loaded for claiming, Toniq will automatically update the certificate for SA and PSC lookups on all your computers.
Prerequisites
- Ensure you have received:
- Your HealthSecure Digital Certificate email from HealthLink.
- An Enrolment Code via text:
Process
Download the Certificate
- Open the Email called Your HealthSecure Digital Certificate.
- Click on the Certificate Link in the email.
- Enter the Enrolment Code sent via text message:
- Click Next and check your details on the Verify certificate information screen and click Next again.

Copy your password.
Save the password securely. It is NOT stored by HealthLink.
- Press the Download button to save the certificate to your computer.
- HealthLink advise leaving the browser window open until installation of the certificate is complete.
Load the Certificate into Dispensary
- Copy the certificate from the Downloads folder and save it to an easily accessible folder, e.g. a folder called Certificate on the C drive.

- From the main menu of Toniq Dispensary, go to 4. Electronic claiming, then 3. Claim options / Certificates, and press the spacebar to select the pharmacy contract.
- Press F8 Load Cert and paste the saved password in the Password field.
- In File path, browse to the location the certificate is saved (e.g. C:\Certificate or C:\Users\...\Downloads) using the backspace key to navigate up a level, if required:
- After selecting the certificate, press F12 Accept Details to save the certificate in Toniq Dispensary.
Update the Certificate with Te Whatu Ora | Health NZ
- To be able to claim, you must contact Te Whatu Ora to update the certificate on their system.
- During standard business hours:
