Guard - Reports

The Reports option is located under the three dots in the Navigation Bar. It is designed to be the legal register and is formatted as Form 1 Schedule 1:

Key:

1. Filter by Medicine: Select a medicine to report on.
2. Enter a date range
3. Adjustments Only: To only report on stock adjustments.
4. Edits Only: To only show records that have been modified after initial signing.
5. Print and Export CSV: Additional permission is required to print or export this report to ensure Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is being treated securely.
   • A PIN is required to print or export this report as an additional data security step.
   • User details will be printed on the page or extract.

All Checked records are shown on the report.

These reports may be printed out for Auditors.
