Guard - Editing/Removing Records

When transactions are processed and then edited in Dispensary, the functionality changes depending on the transaction's status in Guard:

Not Checked

• If the transaction has not yet been Checked (signed), the record will update the same pending transaction.
• The change history is displayed in the transaction audit history (accessed by selecting the line).

Checked

• If the transaction has been Checked when the record in Dispensary is edited or deleted, the initial checked record remains unchanged, and Toniq Guard will have two new transactions. The first is a reversal of the initial line, and the second is the updated (accurate) transaction, both of which need to be checked:
  
• In total the transaction will now have three Toniq Guard entries, the initial signed record, the reversed record, and the new accurate record.
