Guard - Further Transaction Types

PSO – Practitioner Supply Order

Doing a PSO in Dispensary creates the equivalent transaction in Toniq Guard, identified on the Drugs Page with a sailboat icon. 

A PSO uses the practitioner's details for both the Supplied To/By and Authority in the transaction details on the Drugs Page and the report page:

BSO – Bulk Supply Order

Placing a BSO through Dispensary creates the equivalent transaction in Toniq Guard, identified on the Drugs Page with a suitcase icon.

Toniq Guard uses the Institution's name and Facility HPI as the identifying details in the Supplied To field for BSOs in its transaction details and on the report page:

Mixtures

A transaction will be created in Toniq Guard when a mixture containing a controlled drug is dispensed in Toniq Dispensary. It will show under the Drugs Page for the controlled drug in the mixture and will also have a dispense transaction showing usual details such as patient, prescriber, quantity, etc.
