Guard - Internal Destructions

An internal destruction, such as for expired stock, adjusts the Dispensary stock level while also recording the destruction transaction in Guard.

Process

• In Toniq Dispensary find the medicine's stock card, press F4 Stock and select the F10 Destroy Stock option.
• Select the Internal to pharmacy option, enter in a quantity and the reason for destruction. 

• In Toniq Guard this will display as a Stock Adjustment line on the Drug Page plus another line on the Destructions Page.
• The Stock Adjustment line must be signed before signing the Destruction.
