Adding price label codes

Other than the normal barcode or PLU code on price labels there are another two types of codes that can be printed on the price labels generated from Toniq Retail: Cost Codes and Date Codes 

From the Main Menu in Retail:

• 7 Administration
  1 Setup
  6 Product Labels
  2 Types and select the name of your price label type

Cost Codes – made up of letters only e.g. DAG

Cost Codes represent the (last) cost at which the product was brought into stock.

A=0

B=1

C=2

D=3

E=4

F=5

G=6

H=7

I=8

J=9

E.g. DAG would be 306 which equates to a product last cost of $3.06

Date Codes – made up of a number then letters eg. 7FF

Date Codes represent the date that the product was brought into stock.
