The default file locations where Reports, CSVs and PDFs are saved are:
- Reports:
C:\Toniq Users\Reports
- CSVs:
C:\Toniq Users\Exports
- PDFs:
C:\Toniq Users\Reports\Pdfs
These locations can be overridden per workstation. To do so, from the main menu, go to:
- 7. Administration, 1. Setup, 3. Printer setup, 3. Devices setup, and press F11 Next Page.
- Select a location for each of these fields:
Use report name as file name
- If ticked, the file will be saved as the name of the report.
- If unticked it will default to Report.txt, Export.csv, and Report.pdf.
Append date/time to file name
- When set, this ensures reports are not overwritten if they are run more than once.
- A Date and time will be appended to the file name as ddmmyyhhmm, i.e. Day/Month/Year/Hour/Minute.
