Store Setup

Business details, such as address, GST number, and phone number, are recorded in the Store setup screen. These details are used on receipts and reports.

To update the store's details, from the main menu, go to:

• 7. Administration
• 1. Setup
• 8. Pharmacy setup
• 1. Store setup

Fields

• Dispensary name

  • Please contact Toniq to change this greyed-out field; this registration option is usually only altered at changes of ownership.
    
    

• Insurer

  • Integrated insurance claiming such as Southern Cross Insurance.
    
    

• Facility HPI

  • An identifier used by NZePS (eprescribing).
    
    

• Healthlink EDI

  • HealthLink secure messaging credentials.
    
    

• Exemption number

  • Enter the next available starting exemption card number for Prescription Subsidy Cards.
    
    

• Max exemption number

  • Add the last exemption number that has been allocated.
