Email details within Toniq are used for sending messages to customers, patients and prescribers, as well as some extracts that provide information to third parties (e.g., IMS and Sell Check extracts).
The locations for email configuration in Toniq are:
- In Dispensary go to 7. Administration > 1. Setup > 8. Pharmacy setup > 3. Email setup
- For Retail go to 7. Administration > 1. Setup > 7. Store setup > 2. Email setup
The email configuration can be tested in both Retail and Dispensary using F6 Test Email:
Setting the email address on your Store
This only needs to be done once per Store. Go to:
- 7. Administration > 1. Setup > 8. Pharmacy > 1. Store Setup for Dispensary
- 7. Administration > 1. Setup > 7. Store Setup > 1. Store Setup for Retail
Under the Email field press the spacebar and select your newly set up email address:
