Finding Items In An Existing/Open Order

Do you remember ordering an item but can’t remember which order it was? Or perhaps creating a new order and it shows the item is already on order.

From the Main Menu:

• 2 Stock Control
  1 Orders
  5 List all orders
• In the Product field search for the product in question or enter the PLU and select
• F12 [Accept Details]

• You can now choose to F10 [View Pages] or F12 [Print]

The resulting report will show you which order(s) that particular item is in.
