GO Healthy Network Distribution Changes

From 2 October, Solgar, Optifast, Vital Proteins, and Sustagen products will be available to order alongside your existing GO Healthy range. This enhancement allows all products to be included in a single, convenient order.

Pricelist Consolidation

Currently:

• Solgar is listed under The Nature’s Bounty Co (TNBCo).
• Vital Proteins, Optifast, and Sustagen are listed under GO Healthy OTHER.

These brands will be consolidated into the GO Healthy (TBHC) or GO Healthy GXH (TBHC GXH) pricelists.

Pricelist Renaming

Effective 2 October, Go Healthy and Go Healthy GXH pricelists will be renamed to The Better Health Company (TBHC) and The Better Health Company GXH (TBHC GXH), respectively:

No customer action is required.

Note: Corporate supplier names cannot be modified by pharmacies fully owned by GXH. Direct queries regarding this to the GXH Support Office.

Update Suppliers

Supplier account names must be updated to reflect the new names (i.e. Go Healthy to The Better Health Company (TBHC) and Go Healthy GXH to The Better Health Company GXH (TBHC GXH)):

• From the main menu, go to 2. Stock control, then 7. Maintain suppliers.
• Search for the existing GO Healthy and GO Healthy GXH supplier accounts.
• Update each account with the following details:

Update Order Types

To ensure order types reflect the updated suppliers, order types associated with GO Healthy and Go Healthy GXH must be reviewed and updated:

• From the main menu, go to 2. Stock control, 1. Orders, then 1. New order.
• Locate order types used for Go Healthy, Go Healthy GXH, or any similarly named order type.
• Change the Order type name to TBHC or TBHC GXH (or similar).
• Remove Go Healthy OTHER or Go Healthy GXH from Price lists, if selected.
• Ensure the Price lists field is set to either TBHC or TBHC GXH.
• Press F12 Accept Details to save the changes.

Reassign Products to Updated Pricelists

All SKUs previously under Go Healthy OTHER and TNBCo (The Nature’s Bounty Co (Solgar Vitamins)) must be reassigned to the appropriate TBHC or TBHC GXH pricelist.

Follow the steps below to assign standard pricelists in bulk.

Go Healthy OTHER

• From the main menu, go to 2. Stock control, 3. Stock maintenance, then 1. Maintain products in bulk.
• Press F3 Add.
• Select the pricelist Go Healthy OTHER.
• Press F9 Incl Hidden to include hidden products.
• Press F12 Accept Details to load the product list.

• Press F6 Set Prices then select 0 Std. price list.
• Choose TBHC (The Better Health Company) or TBHC GXH in the Std price list field:

• Press F12 Accept Details twice and select Yes to assign the standard pricelist to the products in bulk.

The Nature’s Bounty Co (Solgar Vitamins)

Repeat the exact steps above, except select TNBCo (The Nature’s Bounty Co (Solgar Vitamins)) in the On price list field.
