Once Toniq or the facility manager has invited a user to Toniq Guard, an email is sent to activate their account.
User details need to be completed, and a password set up for access. You will need to complete the following details:
Email address: must be unique and cannot be shared. You will need to verify the email address.
The email address will only be used for resetting passwords.
You can keep your account if/when changing pharmacies so it does not need to be a work provided email.
Password complexity:
- 8 or more characters long
- Include 3 of the following:
- Uppercase letter
- Lowercase letter
- Number
- Symbol / special character
Given Name: Mandatory
Surname: Mandatory
Once you have completed the form, you will receive an email to verify. You will then need to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
