The Default paper size is listed in the screenshot for each printer.

Left, Top, Width, Height

These margins allow custom paper sizes and adjustments. Usually only required for Label printers.

All margins are 0.1mm increments. 10 = 1mm

Receipt

Report

Reports in Toniq are designed to fit an A4 page, you can select A5 but may have data truncated.

*The Till Summary stats page will not print if the Report and Receipt printers are the same driver.

Card

Used for printing a customer card with a barcode for scanning at POS

Mail Label

For printing mailing labels for customers. Can be to an A4 sheet or a Label printer.

Ensure the size is set, i.e. 0 prints with a font of 0pt. Start with 12 and adjust from there.

Printing orders for suppliers

Job

Requires the Jobs module

Voucher

Requires the Vouchers module, usually to the Receipt printer, can go to any printer

Statement

Can be A4 or A5, depending on Debtor settings.

A4 Printer

Landscape

For use in reports when Landscape is ticked.

Shade Depth

Some reports such as Bulk prescriptions and stock use details can have alternate lines shaded for ease of reading. Set this option to determine the depth of shade. Value can be 0-255, the higher the number, the darker the shading, default is 8.

Shopper display

Choose from Birch DSP800, Epson DM-D101 or Generic Text, select the com Port and Port settings as required.

Barcode scanner

Used for configuring a legacy com Port scanner, select Generic or Serial and the Port for the device.

Most current barcode scanners are USB and do not require this to be set up.

Zebex portable data collectors are small stocktaking devices with barcode scanners

Card swipe reader port

Port and Port settings to configure a serial swipe card reader for use with loyalty cards.
