Stock - Adding Medicines to Dispensary

Sometimes non-subsidised medicines have not been entered into the Toniq Medicine file. It may be a brand new pharmacode or Section 29 medicine. New medicine stock cards can be created manually in Dispensary.

Process:

• From the main menu of Dispensary, go to 2. Stock Control > 4. Maintain medicine:
• Then press F3 Add.
• Fill out all the known fields, including:
  • the correct Packsize (the record will not save without one),
  • Pharmacode/Id, and
  • Add a Std W/S price:

• If it is a Section 29 medicine, tick Section 29/26 for ordering purposes:

• Then press F4 Stock and F4 Assign S/Point:

• Once completed, press F12 Accept Details to save.
