Edit Medicine Screen Changes

Changes to the Edit Medicine screen:

• The Updates section (No updates, No desc., No WS/PP, and No PP) has moved from the bottom-right of page 1 to the bottom of page 3.
• A new Wastage section has been added to the bottom of page 1 to resolve crowding issues, and so that the markup percentage now displays when using a Retail price.
