Updating Pricing to Latest ICPSA Contract

Pharmacies should update the pricing in Toniq Dispensary to the latest contract, once signed, to avoid variances in claims and for correct reporting.

Note: Pricing settings in Toniq will not affect payments made by Te Whatu Ora, who will pay according to the appropriate pharmacy contract.

Update Pricing

To update the pricing to the latest contract in Dispensary, from the main menu, go to:

• 7. Administration > 1. Setup > 4. Standard price parameters
• Press F4 Check I/Net and select 1 ICPSA Contract variation 6 (from Dec 2024)
• Then press F11 Next Page three times and press F4 Update CPSA
• Press F11 Next Page again, and press F12 Accept Details to save.
