Effective from 1 December 2023, if you have signed ICPSA Variation 5, you must update your pricing in Toniq Dispensary to avoid variances on your claim. (Updating Toniq pricing late will not affect payments made by Te Whatu Ora.)
ICPSA Variation 5 introduced an Immunisation Co-administration Fee for administrating influenza and shingles vaccines in the same visit (see below).

Update Pricing
To update the pricing to the latest contract in Dispensary, from the main menu, go to:
- 7. Administration > 1. Setup > 4. Standard price parameters
- Press F4 Check I/Net
- Select 1 ICPSA Contract Variation 5 (from Dec 2023)
- Press F11 Next Page three times
- Press F4 Update CPSA
- Press F11 again, then press F12 Accept Details to save.
