Unwanted Patient Record

1. Enter the patient's NHI number and confirm details of the patient (e.g. DOB, Name)
2. Select Patient Details (the portrait icon) on the patient profile.
    
3. Select the drop-down arrow from the Status field and change the patient’s status to Left Facility.
    
4. The care staff will need to remove the patient record by themselves - 1Chart will not remove the record as technical support. The related pharmacy should be informed of what is happening. As if they are Toniq Dispensary users, they will receive a notification in their Dispensary saying xxx has 'left facility'.
