Usually mischarted or Med Admin alerts have been disabled.
- Search the patient in question, then check the MAR.
- If med is available to Give, check Patient Details and ensure 'Disable Med Admin alerts' is not ticked. If it is, please ask the Clinical Administrator in 1Chart to re-enable them.
- If med is not showing on MAR, view medication charting on Medicine Chart to check if any mischarting, particularly around the start date and matrix. If mischarted, please contact either GP or pharmacy to amend accordingly.
