To change the price of one or a few products, you can update the price data directly from your published products list in the Toniq Product Catalogue (TPC). Alternatively, follow the steps in TPC Price Changes on Multiple Products.
Steps
- Locate the item in Manage Products and click on the blue edit icon.
- Revise pricing in Update Product.
- Update eCommerce data.
- Save the updated product details.
- Submit updates using your Working List.
Locate the item in Manage Products
- Search for the product in Manage Products (using the barcode, pharmacode, or description).
- Click the blue edit icon to the right of the product line:
Revise pricing in Update Product
- On the Update product page update the Cost Price and RRP for your Product group(s):
- This will update your price list.
Update eCommerce data
- Scroll down to the eCommerce Data section.
- If there is no eCommerce Data section, you may not be the Preferred Supplier for the brand (contact Green Cross Health if you think this is incorrect).
- Update the GXH Cost Price field:
Save the updated product details
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save:
- Repeat the above steps for any other products.
Submit updates using your Working List
- Once all products are updated submit the changes for processing from your working list:
