Method 1
Updating an individual product
You can update the price data directly from your published products list in Toniq Product Catalogue (TPC) if you only need to change the price of a small number of products.
First, log into TPC and locate the product in Manage Products.
From the published product list:
- Click the blue edit icon to the right of the product line:
- On the Update product page update the Cost Price and RRP for your Product group(s):
- This will update your price list.
- Scroll down to the eCommerce Data section.
- If there is no eCommerce Data section, you may not be the Preferred Supplier for the brand.
- Update the GXH Cost Price field:
- Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save:
- Repeat the above steps for any other products.
- Once all products are updated submit the changes for processing from your working list:
Method 2
Updating many products
If you have many products to update the bulk upload process in TPC may be used.
Download your product list from TPC to ensure you have the latest product data to update.
From the published product list:
- Select the products to download by clicking the check box to the left of the brand on each product line.
- To select all, check the box next to the product group name.
- Download the selected products by clicking the save icon to the right of the product group name:
- Enter a filename and click OK:
- Open the downloaded file and update the values in columns I, J, and Q.
- Columns I and J will update your price list.
- Column Q will update the GXH cost price.
- Save the changes to the spreadsheet and return to TPC to upload.
From the published product list:
- In the Product Uploads area drag and drop your spreadsheet or click to select via Windows Explorer.
- Make sure your file upload type is set as Product changes, additions, and deletions only:
- Select the Product Group to import the file to (if you have more than one product group) and click Import:
- Once the file has been uploaded click the thumbs-up icon to release it for processing:
- Check that processing is completed and there are no errors or outstanding issues.
- If you are only changing prices, there should be no errors or outstanding issues.
- If there are, click on the view icon to view the issue and resolve it.
