Windows 7, Server 2008, and Server 2008 R2
Toniq is ending support with Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2008 R2.
If you are running one of these operating systems on your computers, future versions of the Toniq
software will not install.
Product Buying Multiples now Update from Standard Pricelists
To streamline product updates from Toniq pricelists, the retail system will now automatically apply
the buying multiple from suppliers pricelist files. We will be actively working with suppliers to
manage/update their product lists to include buying multiples where required, which will assist with
ordering.
Report Change
We now indicate any buying multiple changes in the changes report. If the buying multiple is
changing, you might also notice the Cost and RRP changes as well.
Check orders warning
You may see a new warning when updating pricelists, that indicate New Orders may need to be
reviewed to ensure the ordered quantity is correct.
Toniq Server IP Address for Toniq Mobile
We now display the Toniq server IP address, required for connecting Toniq Mobile devices, to the
F10 About display within Toniq.
eShoplink Changes
Shopify API 2022-07 Version Compatibility
Toniq is now compatible with Shopify API version 2022-07. Toniq support will make the appropriate
changes to ensure your eShopLink integration continues functioning with Shopify before April 2023.
Barcodes with leading 0’s now working
Toniq was removing leading 0’s from barcodes when syncing product data up to the website.
Storbie users were primarily impacted, as Storbie rejected any invalid barcodes from creating or
updating products online
Other Changes
Transaction Audit Report
Fixed an issue where Living Reward members linked to local clients were not being applied to local
sale items correctly. This affected the transaction audit report when searching transactions for
both a specific product and a client.
Till Summary AV Errors
Some Laybuy.com BNPL integrated customers were getting an AV error when running Till Summary
reports. This is now resolved; the error is no longer displayed, and the correct BNPL total is
provided.
Where the missing identifier exists, you will see a second BNPL tender line on your Till Summary.
