How do I tell Toniq to upload a product to my website?
In Retail there is a field on products called "eShopLink category". To upload a product to your website you need to select an eShopLink category. It can be named anything you just need a category selected in that field to mark it for the website.
- Individual Product- Open the stock card for your Products On the bottom left corner of page 1 is eShopLink category. Select a category from the list, or create a new one with F3 Add, then F12 Accept Details to save changes.
-

I deleted a product from my website and now it's appeared again. How do I ensure it stays deleted?
When you delete a product from the website, you have to remember to tell Toniq to stop uploading the data. If you delete a product and Toniq is still set to update that product, the integration will see the product isn't there, and "fix" that by sending all the data again.
All you need to do is remove the eShopLink category, and Toniq will stop uploading changes to that product. Now you can delete the product from the website and it will stay gone.
- Individual product - Open the stockcard for your product. On the bottom left corner of page 1 is eShopLink category. Delete the category from the field, hit enter to confirm the change, then F12 Accept Details to save the change.
- In Bulk - Create your bulk list. Under F5 Pg 1 Opts -> 5 eShopLink category. Leave the field blank, and F12 Accept Details to confirm the selection, F12 Accept Details again to save changes to the list.
I deleted a product from my website, how do I upload it again, forcing a bulk update of ALL website products?
The integration service will upload the product again as soon as a change is registered to the product e.g. SOH change, price change. If you want to force a change so the product is uploaded sooner, you can manually adjust a field to trigger the change.

Why are my special prices not uploading?
Due to limitations on platforms with how they handle specials, the integration will only send special data for products with one layer specials and a quantity of one. For example:
- "Buy 1, get 2nd half price" - special data WILL NOT upload
- "Buy 2 for the price of 1" - special data WILL NOT upload
- "Buy 1 for 20% off" - special data WILL upload
- Price point Promotion Deals WILL upload
- Discount $/% Promotion Deals WILL upload
- BOGO, GWP Promotion Deals WILL NOT upload
How do I hide items I no longer stock/sell?
If you no longer sell the item, it's recommended to remove the eShopLink category from the product in Toniq, and then delete the item off the website. This is cleaner and easier to manage.
If you think you will sell the product again in the future, or you are only temporarily out of stock, you can hide the product online instead. Toniq has an option to mark a product as hidden online, so only you can see it and not customers (this doesn't hide the products in Retail, which is a separate option).
- Individual product - Open the stockcard for your product. On the fourth page (F11 Next Page), bottom left tick box is Don't track stock online. Tick that and save changes with F12 Accept Details.
- In Bulk - Create your bulk list. Under F4 Set Other -> O Online options menu -> K Don't track stock online. Tick "Set" and confirm the change with F12 Accept Details, then confirm changes to the list with F12 Accept Details again.
Using MPIB to find new products to sync with your online website
Adding new products to your online store is a regular task, so it can be worth checking for recently received in stock which is not already syncing online, then adding them to an eShopLink category so they can also be sold online.
Using MPIB
Generate a list of stock using 'Received within (days) = 30'. You can limit the number of stock by using a pricelist as well. Once your list is up, press F2 Edit List, Remove items in bulk, then tick 'Has eShoplink cat' and F12 Accept Details.
The remaining items are stock which have been received into stock recently, and do NOT have an eShopLink category set currently.
You can work through the list one at a time (F2 Edit List, Edit list Item by item). OR assign them all to a single eShopLink category in bulk (F5 Set P1 Optns, 5 eShopLink category, search and select a category from the list). Once you are happy with the changes, F12 Accept Details and save at the end.
