There is one single default location for all Toniq User-produced reports: C:\Toniq Users\
Within that folder are folders for the following.

Reports - mainly text files created by pressing F7 File from the Print screen.

Exports – mainly CSV and XML files created by pressing F5 CSV from the Print screen and Core Product Exports

PDFs – new to this release, created by pressing F4 PDF in the Print screen.

Sync – Product Synchronization Exports and Imports will be sent to and retrieved from here.

e Statements - new to this release, created by emailing statements from Print Statements or PDF in the Print screen

Consignment files – the program will look directly to C:\Toniq Users for files to merge in
Consignment files are generated when interstoring from 1 store to another. If the Account being charged has an option "Prompt for consignment", then the user is asked if they wish to save a consignment file when completing the Inter store Supply sale.
Consignment files can then be sent to the receiving store (e.g., email, shared drive or USB), and merged into a new blank order to auto populate products, quantities and pricing.
