Top Sellers / Best Selling Products

Toniq Retail offers two different reports to find the top selling products: Sales Analysis and Key Indicators reports.

• Sales Analysis report is recommended for shorter periods (up to 6 months)
• Key Indicators report is best for longer periods of time (6, 12+ months)

Both reports are explained below.

Sales Analysis Report

From the Main Menu select:

• 6 Reports
  2 Sales Reports
  1 Sales Analysis

        NB: If this is the first time you are generating this report, press F3 [Add] and give your report a name that will be easily recalled, i.e. “Top Sellers” or “Best Selling Products”.

        If you have generated and named this report previously, type in part of the report name, press Enter and select from the list displayed or simply press spacebar and enter to see all reports. If you do not wish to save this report, do not give it a name.

• Choose the Start and End date/time (this will default to today’s date)
• Under the List By heading tick Product
• Press the spacebar in the Ranking field and select Top Items Sold (other available options: Top Sales Value, Bot Sales Value and etc.)
• Type in 50 into the “Items in report” field

        NB: Other criteria can be selected as required.

• Press F12 [Accept Details]
• Press F4, F5 or F7 to export to PDF, CSV or textformat, press F9 or F10 to view the Screens or Pages, or F12 to print hardcopies (ensure there is a printer listed in the Printer field first).

Key Indicators Report

From the Main Menu select:

• 6 Reports
  1 Product Reports
  2 Key indicators

        NB: If this is the first time you are generating this report, press F3 [Add] and give your report a name that will be easily recalled, i.e. “Top Sellers” or “Best Selling Products”.

        If you have generated and named this report previously, type in part of the report name, press Enter and select from the list displayed or simply press spacebar and enter to see all reports. If you do not wish to save this report, do not give it a name.

• Press the spacebar in the Ranking field and select Top Sales Value ranking (other available options: Top Sales Value, Bot Sales Value and etc.)
• Enter a value in the “No of items in report” field (i.e., 50)

        NB: Other criteria can be selected as required.

• Press F12 [Accept details]
• Enter the Start date as the month/year you wish to report from then press "Enter". Now enter the month/year for the End date then press "Enter”
• Press F12 [Accept Details]
• Press F4, F5 or F7 to export to PDF, CSV or text format, press F9 or F10 to view the Screens or Pages, or F12 to print hard copies (ensure there is a printer listed in the Printer field first).
