F1 Help Shortcuts to Commonly Used Websites

Set up quick links to regularly used websites and access them through the F1 Help screen within the Toniq program.

Retail and Dispensary can share common websites, or each program can have its own, allowing you to create up to seven URL addresses per program.

Create or Edit URLs:

• From any Toniq menu, press F1 Help then F10 Edit URL.

• Press the [Enter] key to review current URLs.

• If the one you require is listed, select it now otherwise create one using F3 Add.
• Enter, or change, the name to appear on the assigned function key.
  • Note: A function key header will comfortably fit 6 characters. Type ~ between letters to word-wrap them over the two available lines (e.g., NHI~Lookup).

• Enter or edit the URL for the website you want to access.

• In the Retail and/or Dispensary function key fields press [spacebar] and select an available function key

• Press F12 Accept Details to save.

Utilising the F1 Help Shortcuts

Simply press F1 Help from anywhere in the program, which takes you to the Toniq Help screen, and then select the appropriate function key to launch the corresponding website.

Note: If the other Toniq program to the one you are using (i.e., Dispensary or Retail) has different URLs, you can also select F9 Choose URL to view and select those links.
