How can I monitor my Southern Cross claims?

Use the Insurance claims audit report

From the Dispensary main menu, 

• 3. Reports 
• 8. Audit reports 
• 2. Insurance claims - select from list or use F3Add.                                                                                   Then enter a date range across which to monitor payments OR select one of the other criteria (e.g. patient, medicine, eclaim number). 
• F12 Accept details. 
• F10 View pages or F12 Print.

This is an example of the report showing claims, payments and variances. A total is shown at the bottom of the report.
