Changing Wastage Claimed

Sometimes, during processing a script (or editing a historic dispensing) the wastage calculated by the Dispensary program has to be changed. This can be done by:

• Dispense the Quantity required.
• Accept the Do you want to claim the remainder of the pack as Subsidised Waste prompt:
  
  
  
• If the waste calculated by Toniq (shown in red at the bottom of the screen) is incorrect press F10 Other, then select Waste:
  
  
  
• Edit the quantity required to override the calculated wastage quantity:
  
  
  • Enter 0 to remove wastage altogether.
  • Note: A quantity equal to or greater than a whole pack cannot be entered.
    
    
• Complete the dispensing as usual.
