Pricelist Name
- PWLBOP: Contains all wholesale lines (unrestricted and required)
- Pharmacy1stCatalogue: Contains monthly trade catalogue specials (unrestricted and required)
- PharmacyFirstPricelist: Contains monthly product lines for PharmacyFirst (restricted and optional)
- PharmacyTimes: Monthly brochure consumer promotional lines (restricted and optional)
Updating/Activating Retail Pricelists
From the Toniq Retail main menu select
2.Stock control
6.Pricelists, Sell-check
3.Check/Download price lists
Scroll down to the desired pricelist (hint: press F9 Sort, 3.Supplier name and scroll to ‘P’):
- IF in BLUE – nothing to do, the pricelist is up to date
- IF in ORANGE – press F2 Maintain then F9 Update, answer YES and when complete press F12 Accept
- IF in BLACK – press F3 Add, tick the box ‘Match update exactly’ then press F12 Accept (Note: this pricelist will change colour so check what colour it is now and action accordingly)
- IF in GREEN – press F5 Newer then F7 Download (Note: this pricelist will change colour so check what colour it is now and action accordingly
Generating Orders
NOTE: If you have not done so already this week, check that your pricelists are up-to-date by following the 'activating / adding pricelists' instructions above.
- From the Toniq Retail main menu select
2.Stock control
1.Orders
1.New order
- Select the desired order type (i.e. ‘PWL’ or ‘PharmcyTimes’) or press F3 Add
The ‘Supplier’ should be ‘PWL’
- On the row ‘Costing:’ tick the box ‘Price list’
For PWL:

- Press F12 Accept to create a suggested order
Note: when reviewing the order check the green line at the bottom of the screen to see if the item is available at a cheaper price (press F5 Edit Prod then F5 Price lists for any minimum buy quantities)
Loading Specials for Pharmacy Times (which will have the start / end dates and sell price):
NOTE: If you have not done so already this week, check that your pricelists are up-to-date by following the 'activating / adding pricelists' instructions above.
- In your web browser go to - office.toniq.co.nz/PharmacyTimes/
- Click the current file i.e. ‘PharmacyTimesSync_…….exe’
- Follow the prompts to download and run the file, checking that it was not blocked
- From the Toniq Retail main menu select 2.Stock control, 9.Synchronise product file
- Press F6 Fetch and select the desired file i.e. ‘PharmacyTimesSync_…….exe’
- Press F12 Do Import and answer YES to continue
- Answer yes to delete the sync file after import
