521 Claim Errors for Buprenorphine with Naloxone

There was an issue with the service associated with buprenorphine with naloxone, which resulted in 521 errors for scripts dispensed between 23/05/25 and 03/06/25 for patients who were also in LTC or CDOS services:

This issue with the medicines has been resolved.

To fix the 521 claim errors, on each script:

1. Reprice the script by re-entering the Quantity on the script.
   • Note: This will remove the LTC or CDOS patient flag to use the service marked on the medicine.
2. Resend the script.

The Resent scripts will automatically go into the next claim to be paid.
