Dispensary

Bag Labels and Delivery Labels

When the Auto delivery option is set on a Patient or Institution, only a Delivery Label will print (not both a Bag and a Delivery Label).

If the Auto delivery option is set on both the Patient and Institution, only one Delivery Label will print.

Rx Code Logic

When running Prescription cycles, the Dispensary program will look at the Prescriber PHO, and the other factors already being checked, before setting the Rx Code. This means when a patient's CSC has expired, the cycle will refer to the PHO of the Prescriber before choosing to process the scripts as 3 or 4 (e.g. A3 or A4).

Patients in a Prison Institution will not have their scripts processed as 1 (e.g. A1) in cycles, even when they have a Community Service Card entitlement.

File Extensions

Toniq will be able to load files that use the PKCS#12 encryption standard, i.e. files with the extension .p12, when loading digital certificates into Toniq Dispensary.

The timeout for SmartConnect Eftpos has increased from 60 to 120 seconds.
