Removing '4' Reduced Cost PHO from Patients in Bulk

When '4' Reduced cost PHO is ticked on a patients record, the Toniq program will suggest a 4 as part of the Rx Code, e.g. A4, regardless of the patient's age or whether they have a Community Services Card (CSC):

As this is no longer desirable since the July 2024 co-pay changes, follow the steps below to remove this option from patients in bulk:

1. From the main menu go to 9. Other, 2. Bulk edit patients, and press F3 Add.
2. Use F3 Date Range, or set a Period from and to, and enter 1 in Items to select current patients (i.e. those that have had a script during that time).
3. Press F11 Next page, tick Only reduced cost PHO, then press F11 three more times.
4. Press F12 Accept Details to run the report.
5. Click on F4 Set Other and select 5 Set/Unset 'Reduced cost PHO'.
6. Make sure that Unset is ticked and then press F12 Accept Details twice to remove the option for all the patients listed.
